Kingfisher Cycle Trail

The Kingfisher cycle trail named after the Kingfisher bird runs close to Portagaria Wood taking in Belleek, Pettigo and Kesh - a superb cycle to complete

Kingfisher Trail (1st Loop- 98 miles)
The Kingfisher trail named after the Kingfisher bird is divided up into two loops, the first loop runs close to Portagaria Wood taking in Belleek, Pettigo, Kesh and Enniskillen, totalling in 98 miles in length.

- Day One - Enniskillen to Belcoo (20 miles)
The route starts off at the tourist information centre in Enniskillen, care needs to be taken here leaving the town. After, the route follows minor roads and passes the scenic Florence Court House and the Marble Arch Caves.
- Day Two - Belcoo to Belleek (23 miles)
This route is a mixture of minor roads with a few stretches on busier roads, passing the town Garrison along the way, in Belleek there is the famous Belleek Pottery factory, Ireland's oldest china factory.
- Day Three - Belleek to Kesh (33 miles)
The route from Ballyshannon to Pettigo runs along quiet country roads, extending another 11.5 miles to Kesh, passing the attractive stone circles at Drumskinny.
- Day Four - Kesh to Enniskillen (22 miles)
Just after passing Kesh, the route runs through Castle Archdale County Park. After, the route follows minor roads apart from two sections on main roads through Irvinestown and Enniskillen. In Enniskillen why not visit the Ardhowen Theatre and Castle Coole House
